on this your journey through life
I wish you ease
that you may find joy in all that comes to you
I wish you smiles
that will fill your life with the wonder of friends
I wish you grace
to rise and meet each challenge that comes your way
I wish you peace
and always a path to pick through troubled times
I wish you serenity
to hear your hearts every longing and desire
I wish you calm
to know yourself at every moment in time
I wish you love
for to love is to be well-loved in return
I wish you life
to choose the paths of freedom and adventure
I wish for you
every good thing that you deserve, light and true

Finding magic in every day

There’s magic in every day
That no one tells you of
Secret stores of kindness
Of tolerance and of love

There’s magic in every day
That seems hidden all away
But it really is all out there
Just waiting for us to choose

There’s a magic in every day
In sight for all to see
To focus on and share
The joys in every way

Magic that we wish would happen
The castles in the air
The wondrous journey of adventures
Instant gratification everywhere

Is not quite the magic
The world presents at large

For what little do we know
Of things that we truly need.
They well and truly aren’t
The things we thought we did

There’s magic in every day
Of which I’ll tell you now
That toothless baby’s grin
And wondrous laughter’s din

There’s magic in every day
I’ll whisper in your ear
Of furry friends and plumes
And gorgeous nature’s blooms

There’s magic in every day
You will find it, if you look
For all the moments of kindness
Of tolerance and love too.

In all the things that you do
In the dreams that fulfil you
In your joyful wishes too

Believe in yourself
In spite of all that’s been said
The can’ts and the nays
All because they’re afraid

Believe in yourself
Even when things go wrong
For that’s precisely when
The doubting feels most strong

Believe in yourself
Through the days grey and dark
When all the moments that converge
Makes everything clear as mud

Believe in yourself
When no end is in sight
Just keep plodding on
I promise it will get light

Believe in yourself
When no one else will
Diving deep chasms
Skimming mountainous thrills

Believe in yourself
Through the ease and the hard
You deserve the very best of you
The whole and all parts

Believe in yourself
In all the things that you do
In the dreams that fulfil you
In all of your joyful wishes too

Joy in Living Everyday

To find joy in living everyday,
Greet each new sun
with a rapture of wonder
for the promise of infinite adventure
arises with each new day

To find joy in living everyday,
Surrender your completeness
to each count of time
being forever and always
in the present moment

To find joy in living everyday,
Accept and embrace
with open arms and open heart
all interactions, every encounter
each, single, invaluable experience

To find joy in living everyday,
Look for,
in every moment,
an opportunity to help your heart
sing it’s song of bliss

To find joy in living everyday,
Make way for gratitude
and the practise of appreciation
in each and every moment
in every possible way

To find joy in living everyday,
As you prepare for slumber,
Reflect on all of the
wondrous encounters,
and remarkable experiences of the day

Trusting and knowing
that although, there will never be
another day like this one,
you have truly lived, today.

Stop and Sit For A While Today

Stop and sit for a while today,
Make it your wonderfully worthy intention,
To simply do nothing.

For in doing nothing,
you are doing far more than you can ever imagine.

You are embracing the worthiness of your Self,
You are living up to the expectations of the Universe for a wonderful, joyful life,
You are, in that same moment, embracing all that you are
And coupling it with all you can be.

Stop and sit for a while today,
Make it your wonderfully worthy intention,
To simply do nothing.

To let your mind wander and your body rest,
To embrace the stillness of the gentle peace that surrounds you or,
To simply flow through the rushing currents of your mindful thoughts,
To be at one with the moments and seconds that tick by
And be at comfortable peace with it all.

Stop and sit for a while today,
Make it your wonderfully worthy intention,
To simply do nothing.

For in that quiet still breath, of not doing anything,
You finally arrive at the place, of being,
Everything.
