We often overlook Nature’s ability to help us feel better. Today we are focussing on the things that nature has to offer us (for free!) – the trees and plants around us, bird song, wind, sunshine and fresh air.

Regardless of where you are, find a little spot of Nature and embrace all it has to offer – even if it’s only a little pot of herb on your window ledge. There’s magic in Nature if we look closely enough.
